Tis the holiday season at Stage West...which also means it's costume-fitting season. Please read carefully and note all dates below.
Saturday, November 29
Costume fitting for ALL students, including competition team and hip-hop students.
The fitting is for RECITAL costumes.
The costume deposit is due on this day. The fee has been added to everyones accounts, I will send an invoice, if you paid for the year in full you will not receive one, but you will still need to pay the deposit.
If you have a card on file and do not pay the deposit, your card will be manually charged by Stage West.
The remainder of the costume fee is due on January 14.
Costume costs:
3 and 4 year olds: $75.00
Level 1-10: $65.00 (will need 2)
Hip hop: $65.00
Students in the 3-4 year old class on Thursday will be measured IN CLASS.
Tuesday, November 22 through November 28
Thanksgiving break starts on Tuesday and will go through Monday. There is no class or rehearsal on these days.
Friday, November 25
Beaver Light Up Night - come see Stage West in the parade!
December 22 through January 7
Christmas break! No classes or rehearsal during this time.
